Meal Plan Questions
Q: Are the meal plans gluten-free? Soy-free? Vegan?
A: The meal plans are gluten-free friendly, which means the recipes are either naturally gluten-free or can easily be made gluten-free with simple substitutions such as using gluten-free pasta instead of whole-wheat. The plans are also soy-free friendly and 100% plant-based (vegan). No dairy. No eggs. No animal products.
Q: Are the meal plans Dinner Only?
A: Our meal plans provide recipes for Lunches and Dinners each week. Breakfast recipes can be found in The Breakfast Book located on the Meal Plans page and can be included on your printable blank weekly calendar to create your personalized weekly menu.
Q: I'm very busy and unable to cook three times a day. Can I still use your meal plans?
A: Yes, we actually suggest that you spend one day making most of the meals ahead of time so that you can simply reheat and go during the week. Additionally, each plan includes a Batching Prep Sheet which shows you exactly how to maximize your efforts by prepping your veggies and batch cooking your staples all-at-once and ahead of time so your meals come together in 15 minutes or less. These plans are perfect for busy people.
Q: Can my whole family participate?
Yes! The meal planner can support your whole family on this food journey. You’ll have the opportunity to include other members of your household. That way, you will have the right amount of food to feed and please everybody! You will just have to adjust the serving size accordingly (typically each recipes serves 2).
