This challenge will focus on:
-Eating healthy whole foods
-Creating goals around the healthiest foods
-Meeting the Daily Dozen checklist created by Dr. Michael Greger 


This challenge is designed to help you eat more greens, whole grains, fruits, vegetables and beans!  This group is all about support, encouragement and a chance to WIN a great PRIZE!! 

After you sign up below, I will send you a link to join me in a private facebook group where I will support you in this challenge with recipes, tips, and resources in your journey to better health.  While I am not requiring you to give up meat and cheese, my post will be centered around a plant-based lifestyle.  

In order to be entered to win, you must be engaged with the group.  I hope to see you post pictures, questions and support for others in the group.
