This challenge is designed to help you eat more greens, whole grains, fruits, vegetables and beans! This group is all about support, encouragement and a chance to WIN a great PRIZE!!
After you sign up below, I will send you a link to join me in a private facebook group where I will support you in this challenge with recipes, tips, and resources in your journey to better health. While I am not requiring you to give up meat and cheese, my post will be centered around a plant-based lifestyle.
In order to be entered to win, you must be engaged with the group. I hope to see you post pictures, questions and support for others in the group.
