Who am I? I'm still working on that! But here is a little about me:
My son had digestive issues that were not being fixed by doctors. I had to take matters into my own hands. In 2012, I started researching diet and health. With countless hours of research, I learned about genetically modified foods. After witnessing the removal of them from our diets heal my son; it was the catalyst into my journey of healthy eating. This began my obsession with food's role in health.
I'm fascinated by the human body and its powers of self-healing. That fascination has manifested into a passion in holistic health and the plant-based lifestyle where I have become certified in holistic nutrition.
I love cooking and feeding any and everyone who walks through my door. I especially love when they discover that healthy food can taste amazing!
My family and I eat a 99% non-gmo and 100% plant-based diet (1% reserved for a wild and crazy day). I strive for progress over perfection as this journey is not an easy one, but everyday gets a little easier.
I love to share this passion and transform people's lives.
Fun Facts: I hate belly buttons and love dark chocolate, tea and books. I'm a homeschooling mama and wife of my high-school sweetheart.
